Ajay Arumugam - Chief Executive Officer

Ajay Arumugam is the Chief Executive Officer of SocialTab, an aspiring commercial web and mobile media development firm in Michigan. Ajay brings broad knowledge of the social media industry, and vast experiences in business management. He is one of the foremost experts within social media, marketing, advertising and entrepreneurship. He has consistently been recognized for his expertise, knowledge, leadership and for his ability to accomplish the near impossible.

Considered a leader in business operations, he is experienced in building strong management teams and has been responsible for all major company functions, including marketing, product development, strategic planning and business management.

Growing up Bloomfield Hills, Michigan; Ajay he has always had a knack for business management as his father owns a reputable technology firm. Business skills and the motivation to succeed have always come naturally for Ajay, and using such skills he aims to lead SocialTab as a profitable and successful corporation.

Ajay is a graduate of Michigan State University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with a focus in Mass Media and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a Business minor.

An active philanthropist, he is involved with many organizations, including the American Red Cross, where he volunteers regularly. In addition, he is also a disaster relief volunteer and has frequently volunteered at Sparrow Hospital and Ingham Regional Medical Center.

Justin Rappaport - Chief Information Officer

Justin Rappaport is the Chief Information Officer of SocialTab. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University in Telecommunications, Information Studies, and Media. His primary involvement within the company is oversight in product development, and information technology management.

Justin knew he had an affinity for information technology at an early stage in life. At nine years old, he began coding and custom-rolling software and data applications that interacted with early internet service providers and internet platforms. After pushing the limits of what early mainstream internet experiences had to offer, his efforts turned commercial and he started a web development and design firm. Managing client relationships, product development, working with designers, and running the day-to-day operations of the business helped him to forge new pathways in the business and continue growing his skill-set.

While attending Michigan State University, those skills continued to grow and helped attain employment at the College of Education. In the past year Justin has been working with the SocialTab team to develop cutting edge products in social media and niche content arenas.

Roman Stotland - Chief Creative Officer

Roman Stotland is the Chief Creative Officer of SocialTab, and a graduate of Michigan State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Digital Media Arts and Technology.

Roman has always been attracted to new and emerging technologies since he moved to the United States from Ukraine in 1994. Since his early childhood he has worked on computer hardware and software to understand and make the technologies better. In his high school years, Roman was a big part of the school's desktop publishing program, coordinating on many projects with teachers. Due to the praise he received for his work in high school, Roman became interested in graphic design and animation.

Graduating with an Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Roman worked at a major business to business (b2b) IT company. As his career in information technology was taking off, Roman decided to pursue his interests in digital media and design. He resigned from his job and devoted the next several years towards a bachelor's degree from Michigan State University. While at MSU, Roman held a position as acting manager for the computer support group at the College of Education. During his student employment, he was nominated student employee of the year and transitioned into web and graphic design projects.

Roman hopes to expand his creative side with his role in SocialTab, by introducing new technologies to the work environment and converting old technologies for the new age. He is a web/graphics designer, as well as a flash animator and programmer, who keeps up with the latest technology trends, and looks for ways to implement technology in creative ways.
