SocialTab began (and still is) a think tank social media development company. We think of the next big thing and grow that product. We learned a lot thru our business model and became successful primarily because of the dedication of our people.

Technology moves at a rapid pace, and even scarier, the internet moves at an even faster pace. We recognize problems that tend to go unsolved and come up with innovative solutions. We continue to push the limits of existing technology to provide fast, accurate and easy-to-use services that anyone can access. We continually learn and use the knowledge to tackle more challenges.

As we grow and look towards the future, these core principles guide our actions:

1 Focus on the user
Since the beginning, we've always focused on providing users with the best possible experience. It doesn't matter if it's launching a new product or updating this corporate site, we take precautions to make sure that they will ultimately serve you. Our products are simplistic, yet have extremely powerful features. We rely on advertising for revenue, but advertising is clearly market and is not distracting from relevant content. We continually build new products and update our current products; We take great care to product test and make sure the product is intuitive to use.

2 People, Passion, Pride
The people of SocialTab are some of the most passionate, taking pride in what they do. Our people define who we are, where we have been and where we are going as a company. Simply put, we give a damn about our company, our employees and the users of our products. We want the best for not only SocialTab, but also for everyone we work with and users who use our various products. As our expectations are very high, we tend to find the most talented and passionate people, retain them and forecast the best results.

3 The sky is the limit
We don't just want to be another company in the tech landscape. We want be a mechanism for change and continually innovate and disrupt the industry. We've learned that playing it safe is irresponsibly dangerous. We tend to approach every new project with an open-mind, but maintain the courage to challenge current standards. We also acknowledge that failure does happen, no one has escaped it. We believe failure is one of the most important tools and motivators to learn. We accept failure, but recover from it fast and most importantly we learn from such failures and evolve as a company.

4 Who needs a suit to be successful?
Our work is extremely challenging, but we believe the challenge should be fun. We believe that creativity and innovation occurs with the right company culture. We place high emphasis on team work and collaboration, but also reward and praise individual achievements that contribute to success. People make SocialTab the company it is, and as such we put a lot of stock into our employees. Our atmosphere is very casual, but new ideas are continually emerging, and such ideas may be the next best thing. We want our people to want to come into work and play!
